Al is a 20+ year, CPG Sales & Marketing executive with significant experience in strategic, go-to-market, customer (B2B) and consumer-facing (B2C) roles with blue-chip brands in Food & Beverages including Chobani, PepsiCo and LaCroix.

Dejewski earned a Bachelor of Science at Purdue University in finance, and an MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In his spare time, Al enjoys raising Seeing Eye puppies, staying fit hiking, skiing, playing golf and traveling with his wife Lexie and three children.

Kikke Riedel joined MilkPEP in 1998 and provides strategic direction across all program elements for the “got milk?” campaign through award-winning market research, insight generation and thought leadership. From long range strategic planning to business performance assessments, employing a wide range of traditional and contemporary research methods, Kikke helps MilkPEP create programs to get Americans to drink more milk. Originally from Denmark, Kikke came to the United States in 1989.

She is a graduate of American University and lives with her family in Bethesda, MD.

Miranda moved to Washington, D.C. and joined MilkPEP in 2007. Prior to that, Miranda worked to improve the health of North Carolinians through the Eat Smart, Move More campaign while employed by the physical activity and nutrition arm of the State of North Carolina. Miranda is a graduate of North Carolina State University and after stints in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., she’s settled in Wilmington, NC alongside her family including the three most precious nephews known to man. Consumer communication is Miranda’s passion and focus at MilkPEP. She recently led the re-intro of the “got milk?” campaign after years of successfully positioning chocolate milk as a sports recovery beverage. Miranda enjoys mother nature, pilates and French bulldogs among other things.

Annette Taylor is Senior Director of Commercial Marketing at MilkPEP, leading industry strategy and go-to-market efforts. She brings deep CPG experience from roles at Keurig Dr Pepper, PepsiCo, and Dean Foods, where she led sales strategy, category management, and marketing. Previously, Annette drove significant growth as Director of Grocery Channel Strategy during COVID and revitalized dairy as Director of Category Management. Recognized as a Top Woman in Grocery, she holds a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University and lives in Dallas with her husband and two sons.

Ashley Cook joined MilkPEP in April 2024 and focuses on driving category growth and executing category management objectives. She also partners closely with internal teams and the processor community to develop actionable go-to-market recommendations via best-in-class materials.

Ashley brings 15+ years of consumer goods experience in categories ranging from personal care to supplements to beverages. She’s held multiple positions across Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Acosta Sales & Marketing, and Keurig Dr Pepper. Though she started her career in supply chain and then sales, Ashley ultimately found her home in category management and retail storytelling. Most recently, Ashley ran her own consultancy business focusing on messaging and copywriting for small business owners.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a Masters of Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. She lives in the Dallas, Texas area with her husband and rescue dog. In her free time, you can find Ashley reading a mystery novel, going to Renaissance Festivals, or planning her next adventure.

Jen joined the MilkPEP Consumer Marketing team in 2017. Her current focus is all things social media, youth audiences, and sustainability communications, but she’s always down to jump in where needed and learn something new. Having grown up with “got milk?” posters plastered on her school’s cafeteria walls, Jen has relished the opportunity to work on the iconic campaign. She spends her free time in her garden, at the dog park with her two pups, or with a crochet hook in-hand.

Alexa is thrilled to join the iconic, impactful MilkPEP marketing team, as of June 2023! To this role, Alexa brings 6+ years of international marketing, entertainment, and strategic omnichannel media experience – through positions held at The Walt Disney Company, Paramount, and TransPerfect Translations. In her most recent role at Disney Streaming, Alexa launched over 100 ESPN+ sports campaigns and dozens of Disney+ title promotions, successfully publishing consumer-facing media across dynamic partner platforms including Amazon Fire TV, Apple App Store and Google TV.

Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Colgate University, professional certificates in marketing techniques from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Google Digital Garage, and analytics training from The Wharton School. As Digital Media Manager on the MilkPEP team, she is ready to build on the legacy of delicious, nutritious marketing for fluid dairy milk!  She will strategize to generate and amplify media that moves, excites, and nourishes consumers – with the goal to position milk as a must-have for American families and youth.

Alexa resides in the New York area, and loves all things sea, surf, and soundwaves. In her free time, she is especially grateful to soak up sunrays and live music with loved ones.

Blake joined the MilkPEP Marketing Team in 2023. For 10 years Blake has developed a passion and joy for marketing focusing on digital media, strategic communications, and content creation. As the Communications Manager, Blake’s focus is to produce thought-provoking communications content across B2B channels and manage the fluid milk industry-facing digital communications infrastructure.
Blake hails from Illinois having graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2016 and then again in 2018 with a Master of Science in Professional Media and Media Management. Blake currently resides in Maryland where he enjoys playing video games, playing tennis, and teaching Zumba.

Julie joined the MilkPEP marketing team in 2023 as Commercial Marketing Manager. For the last 10 years, Julie has worked in CPG marketing, focused on developing products and go-to-market strategies to support and develop evolving business needs for brands, consumers, and customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Canisius College. Julie leads the commercialization of our marketing efforts for the Processor+ community, including those related to influencer marketing, e-commerce, and running. Julie resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time on the lake.

Jessica joined MilkPEP in July, 2024 on the Consumer Marketing team. She is a first generation college graduate, finishing Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University. While in school Jessica worked full time as in various associate marketing positions and internships. Throughout her career, she has had many roles where organization, communication, and creative problem-solving were critical. From efficiently spearheading email campaigns at a national publication to creating social content for a local law firm, she has delivered high-quality results while fostering strong relationships.

Jessica lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her fiancé and two dogs. Outside of work she enjoys playing video games, reading, and cooking new recipes.

Jasmine recently joined MilkPEP in February 2022; she brings over 7 years of Executive Assistant experience with her. She went to Virginia Commonwealth University and majored in History. She has assisted C-Suite Executives in several different spaces including government contracts, wedding, accounting/finance and now she’s ready to jump into the dairy industry. She has a proven talent for aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts which overall conserves time and boosts efficiency.

Jasmine moved to Alexandria, Virginia from her small hometown of Berryville, Virginia where her family raises cattle and chickens in their spare time. She is very close with her family of 7 and attributes most of her success to her amazing upbringing and wonderful parents that taught her hard work and traditional values. In her spare time, you will find her at the gym or relaxing in Washington, DC with her friends.

With 20+ years of regulatory and nutrition communications experience, Kelly helps MilkPEP leverage nutrition science news and trends to identify messaging opportunities for marketing and advertising, while also providing scientific and regulatory review of all marketing materials. Kelly holds an MS in Food Science and Technology, an MBA and a BS in Human Nutrition and Foods, all from Virginia Tech.

Kelly lives in Richmond, VA with her husband and two sons. She loves food, fitness and all things swimming, serving as the volunteer swim coach at her children’s school in her spare time.
